1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our taxi booking services and website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Cancellation

• Bookings are confirmed upon verification by our team
• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup time
• Late cancellations may incur a nominal fee
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are as quoted at the time of booking
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, and parking
• Payment can be made in cash, UPI, or bank transfer

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must be at the pickup location on time
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol is prohibited in vehicles
• Any damage to the vehicle will be charged to the passenger

5. Liability

While we take every precaution for safety, Easy Travel is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
